1.Product Performance

(1)The long-term operating temperature of the overhead wire is 70 ℃.

(2)Under conditions of rare weather with large spans and less icing in heavy ice areas, the maximum stress of the wire at the lowest point of sag should not exceed 60% of the instantaneous failure stress.

(3)The diameter of the groove bottom of the pay-off pulley should be 10 times outer diameter of the wire, and the material of the pulley should be adapted to the wire material to avoid damage to the wire.

(4)When connecting the wires, the strands near the connecting pipe should not be bulged. Otherwise, the strands of the wires will be unevenly stressed during operation.The connecting pipes should be coated with moisture-proof paint to prevent corrosion after connector completed.

(5)During installation, the sag stress of all wires of the same type in the cabinet shall be equal. Within the allowable range of distance to the ground and across the building protection, the conductor stress can be 10-15% higher of the normal tension.
