Craftsmanship Bears Fruit | Wanma Tianyi Communication Wire & Cable Wins Multiple Lin'an District Employee Innovation Awards

Recently, the Lin’an District Federation of Trade Unions in Hangzhou issued the “Notice on the Announcement of the 2025 List of Innovation Studios for Key High-Skilled Talent (Model Workers and Artisans) in Lin’an District and Employees’ ‘Five Small’ Innovation Achievements.” Wanma Tianyi Communication Wire & Cable (Wanma Special Wire & Cable, Wanma Tianyi) received multiple honors, fully demonstrating the company’s strong technical innovation capabilities and the outstanding qualities of its artisans in the new era.

The Wanma Tianyi Communication Wire & Cable Innovation Studio and the Wanma Tianyi Zhang Jianfeng Innovation Studio have been selected as part of the 2025 Lin'an District Key Cultivation Program for High-Skilled Talent (Model Workers and Artisans) Innovation Studios.

The Liu Fenghua Employee Innovation Studio was established in late 2012 and was officially recognized as such by the Lin’an Federation of Trade Unions in December 2013. The studio currently has five core members, including one full professor, two senior engineers, one intermediate engineer, and one senior technician. The studio is primarily responsible for rubber formulation research, the research and development of specialty cables and related components, technical problem-solving, technological innovation, and technical exchanges.

The “Zhang Jianfeng High-Skilled Talent Innovation Studio” was established in 2019 and officially recognized by the Lin’an District Federation of Trade Unions in Hangzhou in May 2020. The studio currently has 10 core members working in departments such as manufacturing, technology, and quality control for optical cable products. Among them are 1 senior engineer, 3 intermediate engineers, 1 assistant engineer, and 2 senior technicians. The studio is dedicated to the research and development of optical fiber cable products, process optimization, quality improvement, energy conservation and cost reduction, and the training of highly skilled talent within the Wanma Tianyi Communication Wire & Cable division.

In the selection of employees’ “Five Small” innovation achievements, Wan Ma Tianyi’s innovation, “A Multi-Core High-Voltage Tester,” was successfully selected.
