Plastic Insulated Control Cable for the Fixed Laying

1.Product performance:

(1)Cable operating temperature

The operating temperature of the cable are as follow:

PVC insulated cable in normal operation, the conductor maximum temperature 70 ℃.

XLPE insulated cable in normal operation, the conductor maximum temperature 90 ℃ .

(2)Cable rated voltage

AC rated voltage (UO/U) of the cable: 450/750V.

When the cable is used in AC system, the rated voltage of the cable should not be lower than the nominal voltage of the using cable.

When the cable is used in DC system, the nominal voltage of the system should not be 1.5 times larger than the AC rated voltage of the cable.

Note: The working voltage of the system is allowed to exceed 10% of the nominal voltage of the system for a long time. If the rated voltage of the cable is at least equal to the nominal voltage of the system, the cable can be used at a working voltage 10% higher than the rated voltage.

(3)Cable laying ambient temperature

The ambient temperature when laying the cable should not be lower than 0℃, if it is lower than 0℃, it must be preheated.
