1.Product  Performance

According to the mechanical external force on the cable, the product types are divided into three categories: light, medium and heavy, and there are also appropriate connections in the cross section. Generally, light-duty rubber sheathed cables are used in household appliances and small electric equipment, which require softness, lightness, and good bending performance; In addition to industrial use, medium-sized rubber sheathed cables are widely used in agricultural electrification. Heavy-duty cables are used in such occasions as port machinery, searchlights, agricultural large-scale hydraulic irrigation and drainage stations, etc.

(1)Voltage:YC/YCW 450/750V.YZ/YZW 300/500V.

(2)Working temperature: The long-term maximum working temperature of the cable conductor is 90 ℃ .(Note: The maximum conductor working temperature of GB/T5013 and JB/T8735 is 60 ℃.)

The allowable short-circuit temperature of the cable conductor is 250° ℃ for a duration not exceeding 1 second.

(3)Bending radius: Minimum bending radius during cable laying-- fixed laying is 4D (D means cable outer diameter, mm), mobile laying is 5D.

(4)Working temperature: The minimum outdoor working temperature of YCW type/YZW type cable is -35 ℃ .(Low temperature -40 ℃ or- 25 ℃ can be produced according to customer's requirements.)

(5)Product advantages: YCW type/YZW type cable has ozone resistance, ultraviolet resistance and oil resistance.
