Trunk cable series physically foaming insulation with AL-tube outer conductor is applied to CATV main line project. Tianyi AL-tube series made of CCA inner conductor and AL-tube outer conductor, both of the material have the same thermal expansion coefficient and modulus of elasticity. Which greatly decrease the failure caused by wire drawing and bending of inner conductor. Comparing with conventional cables, it has better shield attenuation, better return loss, less attenuation, etc.
