To comprehensively review the first half of the year's operational achievements, set clear targets for the second half, and empower market expansion through digital marketing, the 2026 Mid-Year Marketing Conference and Marketing Management Training Session for Wanma Equipment Cables was successfully held from July 10 to 11 in the Third Floor Auditorium of the Innovation Park. Over 60 attendees gathered, including the General Manager of the Marketing Center, heads of the Sales Company, Production, Quality, and R&D product lines, as well as all key marketing personnel.

Review gains and losses, plan for the second half, and recognize exemplary achievements

On July 10, the heads of various sales companies successively delivered specialized marketing review reports for the first half of 2026. These reports utilized detailed operational data to analyze performance achievements across regions and industry channels, objectively summarizing breakthrough highlights in core segments such as robot cables, communication cables, industrial equipment specialty cables, and rubber-sheathed cables. They also conducted in-depth analyses of market channel shortcomings and customer development pain points.  Focusing on the annual overall objectives, the reports outlined phased quantitative operational plans for the second half of the year, clearly breaking down Q3 and Q4 sprint targets and implementation measures across dimensions like channel deepening, key account breakthroughs, emerging industry expansion, and order conversion.

Subsequently, Zhang Fan, General Manager of the Marketing Center, delivered a summary speech. Based on the trends in the equipment and cable industry for 2026, he conducted a comprehensive review of the company's marketing performance in the first half of the year. He noted that the entire marketing team seized opportunities in the intelligent equipment and humanoid robot sectors during the first half. For the second half, the core strategy involves targeted breakthroughs in international markets, prioritizing key product resources, adjusting overall operational goals, and optimizing internal management mechanisms within the sales team to better strive toward achieving annual targets.

In the afternoon, in order to comprehensively enhance the marketing backbone's market research and judgment ability, risk control level, quality and after-sales communication and handling, and lean production and sales cooperation, the relevant department heads of the company conducted a systematic and comprehensive thematic training. This training empowers the marketing team to improve quality and efficiency, providing strong support for the company to steadily expand its market.

Subsequently, Zhang Fan, the General Manager of the Marketing Center, simultaneously presented the special sprint incentive plan for the third quarter on site, setting up multiple policies such as key customer development award, cutting-edge award, new product breakthrough award, quarterly sales crown, etc., clarifying the rules for incremental rewards and excess redemption, and maximizing the release of the marketing team's fighting power.

AI marketing special empowerment, practical competition to hone marketing skills

On July 11th, the conference focused on upgrading marketing capabilities, and invited industry external practical lecturer Han Xing to give a special systematic lecture on "AI Marketing Special Empowerment, Practical Competition and Refining of Marketing Soldiers". The course revolves around four modules: identifying potential new markets - finding opportunities, identifying possibilities, determining entry into new markets - evaluating values, identifying markets, breaking through barriers and entering new markets - finding gaps, gaining entry, and achieving growth in new markets - standing firm and growing strong. The focus is on explaining the practical application of AI tools in industry information collection, customer profiling analysis, business negotiation assistance, market trend prediction, and other scenarios. Combining real major customer cases in the equipment and cable industry, scenario decomposition and interactive discussions are carried out to break through the limitations of traditional offline customer acquisition and help marketers master new digital customer acquisition methods.

For this training, all marketing personnel will be divided into 6 groups, and each group will conduct on-site simulated scenario exercises based on the training content. The instructor will give a comprehensive score, and the winning group of this training will be determined on site and awarded.
