The conference, themed “Breaking Through Constraints to Achieve Growth, Seeking Scale for Expansion and Management for Profitability,” was attended by Huang Shengqiang, President of Wanma Co., Ltd., Ding Dali, Executive Vice President of Wanma Tianyi Communication Wire & Cable, members of the management team, and heads of various departments. Over 100 relevant personnel participated in the meeting.

On February 28, Zhang Fan, General Manager of the Marketing Center, delivered an address. He focused on several key areas: performance review, metric analysis, segment-specific initiatives, talent development and succession planning, and platform and brand building. Aligning with industry trends, he outlined the core objectives and strategic priorities for the new year's marketing efforts. The focus will be on key accounts, core products, and market positioning. He encouraged all marketing personnel to proactively engage in the field, demonstrate their value through performance, and strive to achieve new milestones. This drive aims to help the company continue expanding its market share in the intelligent equipment cable sector.



Following this, the conference proceeded to the professional sharing and training segment, featuring content that was both specialized and practical. Twelve meticulously designed premium courses were offered, comprehensively covering multiple dimensions including marketing, product development, management, legal affairs, and finance, providing attendees with a wealth of actionable knowledge.



The International Marketing Sub-Center, Communication Products Project Department, Rubber-Sheathed Products Project Department, Rubber-Sheathed Cable Sales Company, Industrial Cable Project Department, Industrial Cable Sales Company, and Manufacturing Center successively shared courses including “International Marketing Analysis” and “Data Cables and Coaxial Security Cable Product Knowledge.” These sessions were closely aligned with practical operational needs, forming a comprehensive collaborative empowerment system that effectively addressed knowledge gaps across all stages. This initiative laid a solid foundation for enhancing the marketing team's efficiency and market penetration capabilities.



Yu Zhiwei, Head of Direct Sales at Wanma New Energy and Director of the Central Region, highlighted the company's new energy products. Aligning with industry trends, he provided a detailed explanation of the advantages and application prospects of the company's new energy-related products, laying the groundwork for future collaboration in expanding the new energy market.



Gao Zhenjun, Manager of the Process Technology Department at Wanma Cable, delivered a presentation on Wanma Cable products. He comprehensively outlined the company's core cable product portfolio, highlighting application achievements in power grids, energy, rail transit, and other sectors, thereby demonstrating the company's formidable capabilities in the cable industry.



To ensure the successful achievement of the 2026 marketing objectives, Ding Dali, Executive Vice President of Wanma Tianyi Communication Wire & Cable, signed the overall task assignment agreement with Zhang Fan, General Manager of the Marketing Center. Subsequently, Zhang Fan signed agreements with each sales company, and the directors of each sales company signed agreements with their respective project managers. Each signed document represents not only the transfer of responsibility but also a commitment to objectives. It clarifies work targets and responsibility allocation across all levels, uniting the company with the collective strength of “a united front can cut through gold.” This lays a solid foundation for the orderly advancement of marketing efforts in the new year.



Following the signing ceremony, Executive Vice President Ding Darei delivered a mobilization speech.
