To carefully summarize the work in the half of 2025, accurately analyze existing problems, deploy key work tasks for the second half of the year, and further unify thoughts, build consensus, and stimulate motivation, the 2025 Mid-Year Work Conference of Wanma Equipment & Cable Division was held on July 21. Lu Xiangqun, General Manager of the Equipment & Cable Division, and heads of various departments attended the conference.
At the beginning of the conference, Cheng Aihong, Chief Financial Officer of the Equipment & Cable Division, summarized the company's operating data for the half of 2025, covering sales volume, production and sales data, target achievement rate, production loss, etc. She clarified the responsible subjects of each department, detailed the work nodes of each stage, and made a comprehensive summary involving assigning responsibilities to individuals and controlling nodes. She emphasized that the Finance Department will further strengthen financial risk management and control, go deep into the essence of business, maintain close cooperation with various business lines, and jointly promote the achievement of performance goals in the second half of the year.
Subsequently, departments such as Sales, Production, Technology, Safety & Environment, Equipment, Supply Chain, Human Resources, Administration, Legal Affairs, and the Vietnam Company successively made comprehensive reports on their work in the half of the year. Each department elaborated in detail on aspects such as the completion of business goals, the completion of key tasks in the annual plan, the main problems existing in current operations and corresponding countermeasures, and the goals, plans and key work for the second half of the year. On the basis of summarizing experience and analyzing shortcomings, all departments actively sought improvement measures to ensure the successful completion of the annual business goals.
In the second half of the conference, the company's management held discussions on special topics, mainly focusing on the current industry market and the problems that emerged in the half of the year. Everyone brainstormed and put forward suggestions, which further enhanced their sense of teamwork and responsibility.
After the special topic discussion, General Manager Lu Xiangqun made a summary speech.
